Butter | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , softened (1 stick) | |
Creamy peanut butter | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (1/4 | |
Confectioners sugar | 16 Ounce (approx 3 cups) | |
Vanilla extract | 1 Teaspoon |
MAKING
1. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth.
2. Add sugar and vanilla. Beat until light and fluffy.
3. Swirl or stir in peanut butter.
SERVING
4. Spread or pipe on cake or Peanut butter cupcake and serve!
