Ingredients

White chocolate chips 1 Ounce
Butter 1 Teaspoon
Confectioners sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs) (icing sugar or powdered sugar)
Hot water 1 Tablespoon (plus more if needed)

Directions

MAKING

1. In a medium-sized bowl, drop white chocolate chips and butter. Pop it in microwave on high for about a minute. Remove the bowl from oven and stir every 15 seconds, until chocolate chips melts.

2. Throw confectioner's sugar and hot water. With an electric mixer beat mixture until smooth. Add hot water, if required, a teaspoonful at a time, until you get the desired consistency.

3. Into a piping bag, transfer the chocolate mixture.

SERVING

4. Decorate Gingerbread men cookies with white chocolate icing and serve immediately.

TIPS

You can double the recipe according to your needs.

If you don't have a piping bag, then cut and make a very small opening at the bottom of a quart-sized plastic bag and use it for icing by transferring the mixture into it.
