Egg white 1
Confectioner' s sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Cream of tartar 1/8 Teaspoon



1 In a small bowl of electric mixer, add the egg white, confectioners' sugar and cream of tartar.

2 Beat, at high speed, until the icing is stiff enough to hold its shape.


3 Use to decorate your cakes.
