Beat eggs at high speed of an electric mixer, add sugar and peanut butter, and beat well.
Stir in candy bars and evaporated milk, mixing until combined.
Stir in milk.
Pour mixture into freezer can of a 5-quart hand-turned or electric freezer.
Freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.
Let ice cream ripen at least 1 hour.
