No-Cook Meyer Lemon Ice Cream

Many no-cook ice cream recipes without eggs lack that oh so good creamy mouthfeel - not this one. The Condensed milk fills in and gives this recipe the texture you're looking for!


35% cream 2 Cup (32 tbs) (550 ml, whipping or heavy)
Sweetened condensed milk can 300 Milliliter
Lemon 2 , zested and juiced (Meyer or any lemon)
Vanilla extract 1/2 Teaspoon
Salt 1 Pinch



1. In a bowl, combine cream and sweetened condensed milk. Whisk well.

2. Add vanilla, salt, lemon zest and lemon juice. Whisk to combine, then freeze according to ice cream maker manufacturer's instructions.


3. Serve immediately as soft serve, or spoon into a container and freeze until hardened.
