OK - so this has uncooked egg. If that's a problem for you, leave it out or find one of our cooked custard recipes.
35% cream | 3/4 Cup (12 tbs) (175 ml (whipping/ heavy)) | |
Eggs | 1 (Optional) | |
Pure vanilla extract | 1 Teaspoon | |
Sugar | 2 Tablespoon (or to taste) | |
Peanut butter | 2 Tablespoon (or so) |
MAKING
1. Blend together cream, vanilla, egg, sugar, and peanut butter until smooth. Refrigerate for about an hour or until chill.
2. Into the ice cream freezer, pour the mixture and follow manufacturer’s directions.
SERVING
3. Serve and enjoy!
