Nutella - in ice cream! This is a super simple no-cook recipe that doesn't use eggs, yet doesn't suffer a loss in texture without them.
Nutella | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (50 ml) | |
Sugar | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (50 ml) | |
35% cream | 1 1/3 Cup (21.33 tbs) (325 ml) | |
Salt | 1 Pinch | |
Pure vanilla extract | 1/4 Teaspoon (1 ml) |
MAKING
1. In a large bowl, combine cream, vanilla, sugar, salt, and nutella. Blend until smooth.
2. Cover the bowl and pop in refrigerator for an hour to chill.
3. Into the ice cream freezer, pour the chilled cream mixture and follow the manufacturer’s directions.
