Hawaiian popsicles are incredibly creamy, and are also great for kids that are vegan or can't have dairy or gluten. And the best part for everyone is, they're homemade!
Coconut milk | 13 1/2 Ounce (1 can) | |
Fresh pineapple chunks/Canned pineapple | 2 Cup (32 tbs) | |
Banana | 1 Medium |
MAKING
1. In a blender, blend coconut milk, fresh pineapple and banana to make puree.
2. Pour this puree into popsicle moulds and freeze for at least 4 hours.
SERVING
3. Serve it chilled as dessert.
