It can be a challenge to get your kids to eat their greens. Thankfully with this fun and quick recipe, you'll no longer be hearing "Gross!" or "Blech!". This is a great way to get greens into kids.

Kale leaves 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Pineapple 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs) , chopped finely
Banana 1 Small
Coconut water 1 Cup (16 tbs)

1. In a blender or food processor, combine all the ingredients to make puree.

2. Pour the mixture into ice pop molds and freeze for at least 6 hours and up to 4 months.

3. Un-mould and serve chilled.

-This also makes a great smoothie if you have any puree leftover. Just pour in a glass and drink up!

-Collard green, spinach or other leafy greens work as well.
