Grilled Plums with Butter Pecan Ice Cream

Ingredients

Ripe plums 6 , halved and pitted
Ground cinnamon 1 Tablespoon
Low carb butter pecan ice cream 3 Cup (48 tbs) (6 Scoops)
Chopped pecans 6 Tablespoon , lightly toasted

Directions

1. Prepare a medium-heat grill. Sprinkle cinnamon over fruit on the cut sides.

2. Grill fruit, cut-side down, 5 minutes (for Crosshatch grill marks, rotate 90 degrees after 3 minutes). Turn over and cook until fruit is slightly soft but still holds its shape, about 5 minutes longer.

3. Place 2 fruit halves into each of six bowls. Top with ice cream and nuts. Serve immediately.
