|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|35% cream||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Nutella||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Heat milk, cream and sugar over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, to just under a boil.
Whisk egg yolks in large mixing bowl until pale. When the milk is heated, slowly pour the milk into the yolks, whisking constantly.
Chill the mixture thoroughly, before loading into your ice cream maker.
While the ice cream is churning, stir together the Nutella and oil.
Swirl the Nutella into the finished ice cream.
