Coco Mac Ice Cream

Prepare a guilt-free dessert with only natural ingredients. Coconut cream is a fresh alternative to heavy cream and using the Sage Boss Blender, this Coco-Mac Ice Cream can be blended to perfection.

Ingredients

Coconut cream 1/2
Vanilla bean 1
Macadamia nut milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Sugar 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Strawberry sauce To Taste

Directions

MAKING:

Heat a saucepan and whisk together coconut cream with sugar until sugar dissolves. Once done, allow to cool.

In a blender jug, combine macadamia nut milk, coconut cream, vanilla bean and process using mix setting for 15 seconds.

Pour into ice cube tray and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.

Place frozen cubes into blender jug and process using frozen dessert setting until desired consistency is achieved.

Top with strawberry sauce before serving.
