Tender Coconut Ice Cream Recipe - Natural Style - No-Eggs No-Ice Cream Maker

Most requested Ice Cream recipe is here, Natural Ice Cream Parlour Style Tender Coconut Ice Cream. Delightfully yumm, along with the cooling properties of tender coconut to beat the heat. This recipes is without eggs, and without ice cream maker.


Whipping cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Tender coconut water 1 1/4 Cup (20 tbs)
Coconut milk 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Condensed milk 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)



1. Blend 1/2 cup tender coconut water with most of the tender coconut flesh until it forms a smooth puree. Set it aside.

2. Whip cream until it forms stiff peaks. Add sugar, give it a stir and then mix well.

3. Pour condensed milk on to the whipped cream and whip to combine.

4. Pour the tender coconut puree or paste prepared earlier. Also add the remaining tender coconut water followed by coconut milk to the same bowl. Fold everything well.

5. Chop and add the remaining coconut flesh. Mix it well.

6. Put the ice cream in the freezer for about 2 to 3 hours.

7. Mix once and then let it chill again.



8. Scoop ice creams in waffle cones and serve.
