Whether you're craving for some Strawberry Goodness or want to beat the heat, This is worth it! This Strawberry Ice Cream has strawberry in every bite and is extremely creamy.. This is made without any fancy Ice Cream Maker and is my foolproof recipe for making eggless ice creams.. Be sure to try this ice cream, because its extremely easy to make and is awesome to taste!
Whipping cream | 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs) | |
Milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Strawberry puree | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Milk powder | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
Condensed milk | 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs) | |
Powdered sugar | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Strawberry | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (Optional) |
MAKING
In a bowl, add the whipping cream and whip it till you see traces in it.. Once you can see traces, add the sugar and whip it to stiff peaks.
Once it is whipped, milk powder and mix well. As the milk powder is mixed well, add the condensed milk, strawberry puree, milk and strawberry pulp.
Once you get a homogeneous mix, mix in chopped strawberries and put it in the freezer for 6-7 hours.
SERVING
Scoop, serve and Beat the Heat. You can even add fresh strawberries as a topping.
NOTES
Strawberry /Raspberry food color can be added to the mix if desired.
If the chopped strawberries are very big, they can sink in the bottom of the bowl. In that case, take the ice cream out of freezer after 2-3 hours and mix well.
