Mango, Mango, Mango! Everyone's Favorite. This ice cream is extremely mangolicious, Made with simple ingredients and no fancy Ice Cream Maker or eggs makes it even appealing! And ofcourse, homemade is the best.. So forget those chemical like tasting mango ice creams and make this at home! Its Creamy, its Mangolicious and its exotic! Whipping cream | 3/4 Cup (12 tbs) | |
Mango pulp | 3/4 Cup (12 tbs) | |
Powdered sugar | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
Milk powder | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
Milk | 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs) |
MAKING
1. In a mixing bowl, add the cream and whip it to stiff peaks.
2. Once its whipped, add the mango pulp, powder sugar, milk powder and milk. Combine really well and put it in the freezer for about 6-7 hours.
SERVING
3. Scoop, serve and relish. Add chunks of mango to make it even better.
