Nutella & Hazelnut Ice Cream - Beat the Heat - Eggless - Without Ice Cream Maker

Whether its in any form, over a slice of bread or just some leftover on the spoon, Its our favorite. Here, I bring my extremely creamy like soft serve n kinda gooey Nutella Hazelnut Ice Cream which has a crunch from Hazelnuts. This ice cream is so so addictive, yet made with simple ingredients without any eggs or any fancy equipment like ice cream maker. Why not give it a try and beat the heat?


Whipping cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Condensed milk 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Milk powder 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Powdered sugar 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Hazelnut 3 Tablespoon (2
Nutella 4 Tablespoon (4



In a pan, add the hazelnuts and in med flame slightly roast them just until you see some shine and fat in them. Transfer to a bowl.

In a mixing bowl, add the whipping cream and whip it till stiff peaks. Add the sugar and beat well. Add the condensed milk and milk powder and mix well.

Now add the milk and mix well.

Nutella goes next, after mixing well chop the hazelnuts and pop them in the mix.

Transfer the mix to the freezer for atleast 5-6 hours.


Scoop the Ice cream in a bowl or glass, top it with garnish of your choice (hazelnuts, chocolate sauce, etc.)and serve.



In this recipe 6 tablespoon of Nutella was used.
