Dairy Free Banana Ice Cream

On this episode, Dr. Ruby shows you how to make a super healthy and delicious dairy-free banana ice cream - creamy chocolate and mango!

Ingredients

Bananas 4
Cocoa powder 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Vanilla 1 Dash
Agave nectar 1 Teaspoon
Chopped hazelnuts 1 Tablespoon (For Garnish)
Coconut flakes 1 Tablespoon (For Garnish)

Directions

MAKING

1. Blend in frozen bananas in a food processor.

2. Add cocoa powder, vanilla and agave and blend it until smooth.

SERVING

3. Scoop it in a bowl, garnish with chopped hazelnuts and serve.
