No Churn Chocolate Ice Cream

Want great home made ice cream, but don't have an ice cream maker? Then this is the recipe for you!


Heavy whipping cream 500 Milliliter
Condensed milk 300 Milliliter
Pure vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
Chocolate liqueur 3 Tablespoon
Chocolate chip 3/4 Cup (12 tbs) , chopped finely



1.  Chop the chocolate chips.

2.  In a bowl, whisk together the condensed milk, vanilla, and liqueur. In another bowl whip the cream until it forms stiff peaks.

3.  Gently fold the condensed milk mixture into the whipped cream. Fold in the chocolate chips.

4.  Transfer the mixture to a freezer safe dish and freeze for at least 4-6 hours.



5.  Serve chilled!
