Vanilla Rum Ice Cream Recipe (No Ice Cream Machine Needed)

Don't have an ice cream machine? You can still make this Vanilla Rum Ice Cream! This ice cream is really quick and easy to mix up, then you just pop it into the freezer.


Sweetened condensed milk 2/3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
Spiced rum 2 Tablespoon ((good quality))
Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
Heavy whipping cream 1 1/4 Cup (20 tbs)



1. In the bowl of stand mixer, combine condensed milk, spiced rum, and vanilla extract. Mix for a couple of minutes.

2. Add heavy whipping cream, and whip for about 5 minutes or until soft peaks form.

3. Into a container, transfer the mixture and freeze for at least 6 hours.



4. Serve and enjoy!
