This is a simple but an amazing recipe for grilled watermelon that has a honey glaze with a hint of cayenne pepper that makes this watermelon absolutely wonderful. It is topped with a homemade vanilla ice cream that is made using zip lock freezer bags, and it's so easy to do. When I think of summer, I think back to my childhood, when watermelons and homemade ice cream was a normal summer event, but we never did it like this!
