Grillstone Hotdogs

Here is an easy and quick meal prepared on the Island Grillstone using a gas grill

Ingredients

Sliced onion 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Sliced carrot 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Sliced pepper 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
Salt and pepper To Taste
Sausages 2 , chopped
Turkey hotdog 4
Buns 8

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Preheat the grill.

MAKING

2. Drizzle olive oil on the island grillstone.

3. Saute onions, bell peppers and carrots in olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.

4. Throw in some sausages and saute them as well. Place the turkey dogs on the grill. Close the lid and let everythig cook.

5. Turn the veggies and the sausage a couple of times to promote even cooking.

SERVING

6. Place the sausages and the veggie mix in the buns and turkey dog in another bun. Serve.
