GETTING READY
1. Prepare weber for indirect heat.
MAKING
2. Wrap sausages in bacon slices as shown in the video.
3. Grill the sausages over indirect heat and then transfer them to direct heat for crisping the bacon. Crisp the other bacon slices and crumble them.
4. Place a cheese slice in between the buns. Arrange the buns on the grill and let them cook until the cheese melts.
5. Place a sausage in the bun. Drop in generous amount of curry sauce on both sides of the sausage.
6. Sprinkle curry powder, chopped onions and crumbled bacon over the top. Layer with pickles slices.
SERVING
7. Serve the hot dogs as it is and enjoy.
