90 Second Horseradish

Sure, prime rib is primo and roast beef rocks, but both are better with an easy-to-prepare sauce for dipping. Why wouldn't you spend five minutes on this horseradish sauce that will leave your guests asking for another dollop? Chef Cari show you how easy it is!

Ingredients

Prepared horseradish 2 Tablespoon
Dry mustard 1/2 Teaspoon
Mayonnaise 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
White wine vinegar 1 Tablespoon
Heavy cream 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , whipped

Directions

MAKING

1. In a bowl, stir together dry mustard, mayonnaise, horseradish, and wine vinegar.

2. Fold whipped cream into the mixture.

SERVING

3. Serve along with corned beef or spread on sandwich.
