Shrimp Sauteed in Herb Butter's picture

Raw shrimp 1 Pound
Butter 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
Parsley flakes 1 Teaspoon
Chives 1 Teaspoon
Tarragon leaves 1/2 Teaspoon
Dry mustard 1/2 Teaspoon
Season all 3/4 Teaspoon
Cayenne pepper/Red pepper 1/8 Teaspoon
Garlic powder 1/8 Teaspoon



1) Shell the shrimp, devein and keep aside.


2) In a skillet or chafing dish, melt the butter and stir in the lemon juice and seasonings.

3) Saute the shrimp in the herb butter over a medium heat for 8 minutes, turning once, until pink .


4) Serve the Shrimp Sauteed in Herb Butter, immediately on a bed of hot cooked rice.
