Fire Cider Cold And Flu- Raw Vegan

This crazy concoction has so many nutrients to boost the immune system and enhance your circulatory and digestive system. The next time you feel a cold coming on, try a shot of this!

Ingredients

Cilantro 1 Ounce (1 handful)
Parsley 1 Ounce (1 handful)
Turmeric root piece 1 Medium , chopped (size of pinkie finger)
Garlic 10 Clove (50 gm) , crushed
Ginger piece 1 Large , chopped (size of thumb or bigger)
Jalapeno pepper 1 , chopped (include seeds)
Jalapeno pepper 1 , chopped (include seeds)
Yellow onions 3 , chopped

Ghost pepper 3 Small (dehydrated or fresh)
Dried ghost pepper 3 Small
Cinnamon powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Cinnamon powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Cayenne powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Cayenne powder 1/2 Teaspoon

Directions

MAKING:

Combine vegetable in mason jar.

Add apple cider vinegar and all spices.

Seal with airtight lid and shake well.

Allow to sit in room temperature for 4-6 weeks.

Strain liquid and discard ingredients.

Store for 6 months in an airtight container in a cool place.

SERVING:

Serve and enjoy!
