Cracker Barrel Hash Brown

Ingredients

Frozen hash browns 2 Pound , thawed
Chicken stock 16 Ounce
Onion 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) , chopped finely
Salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste
Non stick spray 3 Dash
Sharp cheddar/Colby cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Preheat the oven to 350F. Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with non stick spray.

MAKING

2. In a mixing bowl, add hash browns, onion and chicken stock, stir to mix. Season with salt and pepper, mix again.

3. Transfer the mixture to the baking dish, and cover with cheese. Bake at 350F for 60 minutes.

SERVING

4. Serve with your choice of beverage.
