|Russet potato/Yukon potatoes||1 , peeled and grated|
1. Place the freshly grated potatoes over the kitchen towel and squeeze out all the liquid.
2. Heat a sauté pan on high. Pour in the oil and add in the potatoes.
3. Season the potatoes with salt and sauté continuously for a few minutes until potatoes are brown.
4. Serve hash brown with scrambled tofu.
