Quick Hash Brown - Savory Potato Cake

Potatoes 1 1/4 Cup (20 tbs) , shredded
Onion 3 Tablespoon , finely chopped
Red bell peppers 3 Tablespoon , finely chopped
Green bell peppers 3 Tablespoon , finely chopped
Black pepper 1 Teaspoon
Salt 1 Teaspoon
Vinegar 1 Teaspoon
Olive oil 1/4 Teaspoon
Bread crumbs 3 Tablespoon
For frying
Olive oil 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (for frying the potato cakes)



1. In a mixing bowl, add and combine together the potatoes, onion, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, black pepper, salt, vinegar, olive oil and bread crumbs. Mix until well incorporated.

2. In a large sauce pan on medium low, heat oil and place the shredded potato mixture in a circular shape, 3 at a time and pan fry on both sides for 10 - 12 minutes or until golden brown.

3. Once done, remove and get ready to serve.


4. Serve these golden brown potato cakes with tomato ketchup.
