In this video, Betty demonstrates how to make Mystery Snacks. These are actually snack crackers, but the mystery is, "What's in them?"

Cornmeal 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
All purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Salt 1 Teaspoon
Butter 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Milk 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)

1. Preheat oven to 375 degree F.

2. In a bowl, combine butter, cornmeal, all purpose flour, salt, and cheese. With a pastry blender, cut and mix until the mixture resembles coarse cornmeal.

3. Pour milk, stir lightly until the mixture is moistened.

4. On a lightly floured surface, transfer the mixture and knead gently for a few seconds.

5. Roll out into a 1/8" thick sheet. Cut into strips, triangles, diamonds, or other fancy shapes.

6. Place on ungreased baking sheet and bake for about 12 minutes or until lightly browned.

7. Serve warm or cold with Queso Blanco Dip.
