Barbecued Hamburgers

The Barbecued Hamburgers is simple and wonderfully delicious. My husband is in love with these and often makes me prepare it more than thrice in a week!! Try this Barbecued Hamburgers recipe!

Ingredients

Shortening 3 Tablespoon
Ground beef 3 Pound
Onions 3 Large , finely chopped
Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm) , minced
Salt 1 Tablespoon
Black pepper 1 1/2 Teaspoon
Pepper red 1/2 Teaspoon
Chili powder 2 Teaspoon
Worcestershire sauce 2 Teaspoon
Flour 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Tomato soup 1 1/4 Cup (20 tbs)
Catsup 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)

Directions

Melt shortening in heavy skillet.

Combine ground beef, onions and garlic.

Cook in skillet until lightly browned.

Add seasonings.

Stir in flour.

Add tomato soup and catsup, mixing well.

Simmer 15 to 20 minutes until thickened.

Spoon between split buns to make hot sandwiches.
