Ingredients

Minced lamb 1 1/4 Pound (575 Gram)
Oil 2 Tablespoon
Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm) , crushed
Chopped fresh parsley 2 Tablespoon
Dried rosemary 1 Pinch (Generous Pinch)
Salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste

Directions

GETTING READY

1) Combine the minced meat with 1 tbsp of oil, herbs and garlic.

2) Season the mixture.

3) With 5 cm/ 2 inch pastry cutter, make 8 patties out of the meat mixture and give them neat shape.

4) Keep in fridge for 1 hour to chill.

5) Preheat the barbeque.

MAKING

6) With the remaining oil, baste the meat patties.

7) In preheated barbeque, cook the patties for 15 minutes while turning in between.

8) Cook them until golden brown.

SERVING

9) Serve the patties sandwiched in between hamburger buns.
