Skewered Hamburger

Garlic 1 Teaspoon , finely chopped
Olive oil 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Ground beef 1 Pound
Finely chopped onion 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste



1.Take a pan and heat olive oil in it.

2.Put chopped garlic, salt, and pepper and saute.

3.Ina large bowl, put hamburger and top with onion.

4.Put the olive oil mixture and knead into a dough.

5.Mix the onions so that they get well into the dough and the dough gets smooth.

6.Shape the meat in round shape and arrange on barbeque skewers.

7.The beef round ball should be made as per the bun size.

8.Grill the meat and keep basting the juices.

9.Once done, put the grilled meat into the buns.


10.Serve with mustard and catsup.
