Lynn demonstrates how to make a Hamburger Appetizer. These taste a lot like Krystal Hamburgers and would make a great appetizer to serve at a tailgate or party.

Hamburger rolls 12
Ground beef 1 Pound
Soup mix 50 Gram (1 envelope of Lipton Beefy Onion Dry Soup Mix)
Cheddar/4 blend cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs) , shredded
Mayonnaise 1 Tablespoon
Yellow mustard 6 Tablespoon , divided
Dill pickle slices 12

Preheat oven to 350. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and set aside.

In a pan, add in the ground beef and cook until brown. Drain the excess liquid if necessary.

Add in the soup mix, cheddar and the mayonnaise.

Place the buns over the prepared baking sheet and top the bottom with beef mixture, followed by the yellow mustard and dill pickles. Cover with a foil and bake for 30 minutes.

Serve the burgers with your choice of condiment.
