Ingredients

Butter flavored crackers 1 Cup (16 tbs) , crushed (25 pieces)
Finely chopped onion 2/3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
Finely chopped green pepper 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Eggs 2 , beaten
Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
Ground mustard 1 Teaspoon
Ground ginger 1 Teaspoon
Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
Pepper 1/4 Teaspoon
Ground nutmeg 1 Dash
Paprika 1 Dash
Fully cooked ham 1 1/3 Pound , finely ground
Bulk pork sausage 1 Pound
For glaze
Packed brown sugar 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Cider vinegar 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Water 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Preheat oven to 350°.

MAKING

2. In a large bowl add the first 11 ingredients. Mix well.

3. Stir in ham and sausage. Combine together.

4. Divide the mixture and shape into two loaves.

5. Arrange in 9-in. x 5-in. x 3-in. loaf pans.

6. Bake for 1 hour.

7. In a small saucepan add glaze ingredients.

8. Cook and bring to boil. Cook for 2 minutes.

9. Take the loaf from oven.

10. Baste with half glaze.

11. Bake for 30-40 minutes until meat thermometer reads 160°-170°. Baste in between cooking.

12. Cover and freeze unbaked loaf and glaze for up to 2 months.

13. Before serving, thaw in the refrigerator overnight and bake.

SERVING

14. Serve warm.
