Barbecued Sliced Ham

Ham slices 2 Medium (Thick)
Butter 1 Tablespoon
Garlic 1
Dry mustard 2 Tablespoon
Brown sugar 3 Tablespoon
Paprika 1/2 Teaspoon
Sherry 6 Tablespoon


Fry ham lightly on both sides in melted butter, then rub with garlic.

Combine mustard, brown sugar, paprika, and stir in Sherry.

Pour this mixture over the ham and put lid on frying pan.

Fry until lower side is browned.

Remove lid, flip ham, and brown the other side.

Remove ham to platter, pour remaining sauce from the frying pan on top of it, and it is ready to serve.
