Ingredients

Peanut butter 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Orange marmalade 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
Centre cut ham 1 1/2 Pound , sliced

Directions

MAKING

1)In a small bowl, mix the peanut butter, orange marmalade and soy sauce.

2)Using a barbecue brush, apply on both sides of the ham.

3)Line the ham on the grill over charcoal.

4)Cook for about 10 minutes. Let it brown.

5)Turn to the other side and cook for a further 10 minutes.

SERVING

6)Remove from heat and serve immediately.
