Barbecued Ham

Cinnamon 1 Tablespoon
Dry mustard 1 Tablespoon
Ginger 1 Tablespoon
Whole cloves 1/2 Tablespoon
Whiskey/Gin 2 Ounce
Brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
Molasses 1/2 Tablespoon
Wine vinegar 2/3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
Pineapple juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)



1.In a small jar, put cinnamon, cloves, mustard and ginger and pour whiskey or gin on it.

2.Leave the jar for an hour so that the alcochol gets diffused in the spices and adds to the taste of the dish.


3.Churn the ingredients of the jar with a pestle.

4.In a pint jar, combine brown sugar and molasses and add the crushed jar ingredients to it and stir.

5.Put pineapple juice to make a pint by stirring well.

6.Spread the sauce on the ham evenly on all sides.

7.Cover the ham well and barbeque.


8.Serve the barbecued ham with dips.
