Boiled ham slices | 1 , cut 1/2 inch thick | |
Brick cheese slice | 1 , cut 1/2 inch thick | |
Stuffed green olives | 15 Large |
Trim fat from ham.
Cut lean ham and cheese into 1/2 inch cubes.
Cut the olives in half crosswise.
Stick each toothpick through a cube of ham, then through one of cheese, and last into half an olive.
To serve, stick toothpicks into a suitable holder placed on appetizer tray.
