Baked fish with the flavor of roasted garlic and pepper seasoning makes it an excellent dish for entertaining guests.

Julienned carrots | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Julienned celery | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Julienned red onion | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Haddock fillet | 400 Gram (1 package) | |
Unsalted butter | 4 Tablespoon , divided | |
Lemon juice | 4 Teaspoon , divided | |
White wine | 8 Tablespoon , divided |
GETTING READY
1. Fold parchment papers in half, book style. Open and place on baking sheet.
2. Preheat oven to 375 degree F or 190 degree C.
MAKING
3. In bowl, mix 1 tablespoon seasoning with vegetables. Divide evenly on one side of each paper.
4. Divide remaining seasoning among fillets. Divide fillets among papers, placing on top of vegetables.
5. Place 1 tablespoon butter, 1 teaspoon lemon juice and 2 tablespoon white wine over each piece of fish.
6. Fold parchment over to enclose fish and crimp the edges to seal.
7. Bake for 15 minutes.
SERVING
8. Serve in paper.
