Smoked Haddock Barbecue

Smoked haddock 2 Pound
Oil 2 Tablespoon
Onion 1 Large
Celery stick 1
Tomato ketchup 4 Tablespoon
Fish stock 1/4 Pint
Brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
Worcestershire sauce 2 Tablespoon
Made mustard 1 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste
Hamburger rolls/Soft round rolls 3



1) Divide the cooked smoked haddock into pieces.

2) In a pan heat oil and saute onion and celery. Cook for few minutes.

3) Add all the ingredients except the fish and rolls and then stir in sauce and mustard slowly.

4) Simmer for 20 minutes and then add fish. Simmer for few more minutes. Stir a couple of times.

5) Split the rolls. In a pan toast them until brown and top with fish mixture.


6) Serve smoked haddock barbecue immediately.
