Chilled Cauliflower with Guacamole

Ingredients

Cauliflower 1 Medium
Salad oil 2 Tablespoon
Mashed avocado 1 Cup (16 tbs) (1 In Number)
Chopped green onion 4 Tablespoon , canned
Minced canned green chilies 4 Tablespoon
Lemon juice 4 Tablespoon
Salt 3/4 Teaspoon
Sour cream 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Liquid hot pepper seasoning 1 Dash
Crisp romaine lettuce 4 Ounce
Radish roses 4

Directions

MAKING

1. Cook cauliflower whole under cutting and cooking. Drain.

2. Drizzle salad oil, salt and pepper over it. Mix well.

3. Chill.

4. Add avocado, lemon juice, green chilies, green onion, 3/4 teaspoon salt, sour cream, and hot-pepper seasoning in a blender jar.

5. Whirl until smooth.

SERVING

6. Arrange cauliflower on a large platter.

7. Surround with romaine lettuce.

8. Spoon avocado mixture over cauliflower.

9. Garnish with radish roses.
