SHRIMP And GREEK SALAD Cucumber Cups - HEALTHY Appetizer

A great healthy appetizer or snack, these cucumbers are stuffed with a simple Greek Salad, ingredients like cherry Tomatoes, Olives, Shallots and Feta cheese and topped with a beautiful grilled Shrimp!

Ingredients

Cucumber slice 8 Large , 2 cm slices with the centers scooped out
Tiger shrimp 8
Dressing 2 Tablespoon (Greek)
Fresh oregano 1 Teaspoon
Fresh thyme 1 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste
Greek olives 4 , sliced
Shallot 1 Small
Cherry tomato 4 , sliced
Feta cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs) , crumbled

Directions

MAKING:

In a bowl, combine shrimp, salt, dressing, oregano and marinate for a while.

Cook on grill and set aside.

Assemble ingredients in cucumber cups and top with shrimp.

Garnish as shown in the video.
