Greek style roasted potatoes are a very easy side dish to make. In about an hour you can recreate roasted potatoes that taste simply amazing.
Russet potatoes | 6 Large | |
Coarse sea salt | To Taste | |
Freshly ground black pepper | To Taste | |
Garlic | 3 Clove (15 gm) , coarsely chopped | |
Water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Olive oil | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Lemon juice | 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs) |
GETTING READY:
Preheat oven to 450°F.
MAKING:
Place potatoes in baking dish and season with salt and pepper.
Add garlic and rub well.
In a bowl, combine water, olive oil and lemon juice.
Pour the mixture over potatoes and pop into oven.
Roast for 40 minutes and flip the wedge. Roast for 20 more minutes.
