Greek yogurt | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Lemon juice | 1/2 Tablespoon | |
Cucumber | 1 , roughly chopped | |
Mint leaves | 6 |
MAKING:
In blender, chop cucumber and add yogurt, mint leaves, lemon juice, pepper (optional) and blend well.
Transfer to serving dish and garnish with mint leaves.
