Made with lemon, cucumber and yoghurt, this traditional Greek dipping sauce marries with meat perfectly and simplified with the dynamic Sage Boss Blender.

Ingredients

Greek yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Lemon juice 1/2 Tablespoon
Cucumber 1 , roughly chopped
Mint leaves 6

Directions

MAKING:

In blender, chop cucumber and add yogurt, mint leaves, lemon juice, pepper (optional) and blend well.

Transfer to serving dish and garnish with mint leaves.

 

SERVING:

Serve and enjoy!
