So you have made pork chops, now how about the gravy to go with it. Homemade gravy is easy to make. Learn how to make pork chop gravy from scratch.


Shortening 2 Tablespoon
Flour 2 Tablespoon
Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)



1. In a pan, heat shortening, add flour and cook for a while.

2. Add about 1/2 cup of milk at a time and stir in, cook until desired consistency is achieved.


3. Serve with pork chops.
