GETTING READY
1. Take a knife, and halve the grapefruit and scoope out the flesh all together, in a bowl,cut out segments, reserve the juice, then finally cut all peel and pith from the oranges, and cut into segments, discarding the membrane
MAKING
2. In a jar, mix together the grapefruit, orange, grapes and almonds and shake all the ingredients for the dressing together, add little bit fo grapefruit juice, spoon into the grapefruit shells and chill in the refrigerator
3. Garnish with mint sprigs
SERVING
4. Serve with a snack like wafer, peanuts
