Grapefruit Brulee

Ingredients

Grapefruit 2
Ground cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
Caster sugar 4 Tablespoon

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Start by cutting the grapefruit into half, take a knife and remove the flesh separate the segments and discard the membranes

MAKING

2. In a bowl, place the segments and mix cinnamon along with half the sugar and sprinkle it over the fruits

3. In the grapefruit shells, fill it with flesh and sprinkle the remaining sugar

4. Place the grapfruit under a very hot grill for a few minutes, till it turns golden

SERVING

5. Serve hot with ice cream or whip cream
