Reduced sodium chicken broth | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Uncooked couscous | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
About 3 cups (750 ml) vegetable | ||
Diced carrots | 150 Milliliter | |
Diced onion | 150 Milliliter | |
Diced celery | 150 Milliliter | |
Diced green bell pepper | 150 Milliliter | |
Diced red bell pepper | 150 Milliliter |
MAKING
1. In large skillet, over medium high heat, melt butter.
2. Add vegetables and seasoning. Saute for about 3 minutes.
3. Pour broth and bring to a boil.
4. Stir in couscous and remove the skillet from heat. Cover and let stand 5 minutes or until water is absorbed.
