Lemon & Herb Vegetable Couscous

Simple and easy couscous dish enriched with the flavor of herb and lemon.


Unsalted butter 2 Tablespoon (30 mL)
Lemon herb seasoning mix 2 Tablespoon (Club House Lemon & Herb One Step Seasoning)
Reduced sodium chicken broth 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Uncooked couscous 1 Cup (16 tbs)
About 3 cups (750 ml) vegetable
Diced carrots 150 Milliliter
Diced onion 150 Milliliter
Diced celery 150 Milliliter
Diced green bell pepper 150 Milliliter
Diced red bell pepper 150 Milliliter



1. In large skillet, over medium high heat, melt butter.

2. Add vegetables and seasoning. Saute for about 3 minutes.

3. Pour broth and bring to a boil.

4. Stir in couscous and remove the skillet from heat. Cover and let stand 5 minutes or until water is absorbed.


5. Serve and enjoy!
