Farro With Radishes And Herb

In this episode of Eat Clean Chef Tess Ward shows you that eating healthily doesn't have to be boring and makes Farro with radishes and herbs.


For salad:
Radishes 8 , chopped
Spring onions 3 , chopped
Farro/Spelt grains 120 Gram
Currants/Sour cherries 3 Teaspoon
Herbs 1 Cup (16 tbs) , chopped (Loosely Packed)
Feta 100 Gram
Crumbled walnuts 1/4 Centiliter (Handful)
For dressing:
Extra virgin olive oil 2 Tablespoon
Lemon juice 4 Tablespoon
Maple syrup/Honey 2 Teaspoon
Ginger/1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
Ground cumin 1/2 Teaspoon
Sea salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Black pepper 1/2 Teaspoon
Rose water 1 Teaspoon



Cook faro according to package instructions and keep it ready.


In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, maple syrup, ginger, cumin,salt, pepper, rosewater and mix well.

In a large bowl, combine cooked faro with prepared dressing, spring onions, radish, herbs, walnuts, feta and toss well. Season with salt and pepper if desired.
