Beef Goulash

Ingredients

Chuck 3 Pound , chopped in 2 inch cubes
Fat 2 Tablespoon
Onions 5 , diced
Kosher salt 1 1/2 Teaspoon
Paprika 2 Teaspoon
Pepper 1/4 Teaspoon
Green peppers 2 , sliced
Canned tomato sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

MAKING

1) Take a heavy saucepan or Dutch oven and heat fat in it. Add meat and cook until brown.

2) Add onions and continue cooking until brown.

3) Add paprika, salt and pepper.

4) Cover and cook over low heat for about 1/2 hour.

5) Add tomato sauce and green peppers. Cook for another 1 1/2 hours or until meat becomes tender.

SERVING

6) Serve with boiled potatoes or noodles.
